An SME should add the new policy changes to the history section and note that open collaboration, regardless of rank or club affiliation, was replaced with a hierarchical subject matter expert system for articles. This is the most significant change ever made to SimEnc policy. It should also be specified and the board of directors should be mentioned in the first paragraph. -IndyFan 05:56, 28 September 2012 (PDT)
