Jay Truce, commonly known as FSF Truce, is a Simming Prize Laureate and former Star Trek role-player. During his decade plus career he served in Spacefleet Online (SFOL) and the Federation Sim Fleet (FSF). He most notably commanded the USS Stargazer and its spinoff, USS Stargazer: After Dark. He also served as the Fleet Commanding Officer for the FSF Delta Fleet before ascending to the number two position in the Federation Sim Fleet as the FSF Executive Officer - a position he held until his retirement from the FSF Administration in April 2012.
Jay was also active in the Simming League, serving as its President from March 2003 to February 2004. In recognition of his years of service to both the FSF and the Simming League, Jay was awarded a Simming Prize in 2007.
