Background[]
Colonel C.E. Harper was a gamemaster of the Star Trek Simulation Forum. Beginning in Spacefleet Online and moving to Star Trek Simulation Forum upon that group's formation, she had over a decade of simming experience and hosted both Academy and Advanced simulations. In 2004, she became involved in the planning of a new advanced simulation, which launched in March 2005 as the USS Agincourt. Initially the Agincourt's Executive Officer, Harper stepped up as Commanding Officer in 2006.
